How do I apply for my AHC?

To make your pets Animal Health Certificate we require evidence that they have a valid rabies vaccine and their microchip was scanned before the rabies vaccine was given. The owner name on the rabies vaccine evidence must match the owner name on the application form

We accept the following forms of rabies vaccine evidence:

1. Pet's medical records: This is the easiest way to send all the information we require. Please ask your vets receptionist to email your pets records to hello@pettravelpass.uk
2. Previously issued AHC: If you have a previous Animal Health Certificate and none of the owner or pet details have changed, please upload photos of pages 1, 4, 8 (or 7 for Spanish AHCs) and 10 onwards to your application (pages 1, 3, 5 and 7 onwards for Animal Health Certificates to Ireland).
3. Rabies vaccination certificate: This is a stamped and certified A4 document on headed paper with details of the rabies vaccine and confirms that the pet's microchip was scanned when the rabies vaccine was given. Please attach a photo of the certificate to your application
