Our friendly team is on hand to answer any pet travel queries you may have. Once your Animal Health Certificate is ready, we'll meet up to issue your AHC near either junction 26 or 27 of the M1. We go through every page of the AHC and explain what to do when you return to the UK, as well as giving helpful pet travel tips.

Please note, we are a low-cost "click & collect" AHC service; we do not have a clinic or shop. Once we have confirmed your booking, we will contact you to arrange a collection time for your AHC. As a guide, our collection times are typically:

Monday & Thursday evenings 18:30-20:00 (NG15 0EA)
Thursday mornings 10:00-12:00 (NG16 2RP)
Every other Saturday 10:00-12:00 (NG15 0EA)

Collection times and locations will vary between the 16th and 30th of September due to staff holiday
