Claire is the founder of Pet Travel Pass and an independent UK government Official Veterinarian with 15 years experience of completing pet travel certification. She specialises in producing Animal Health Certificates and keeps herself up to date with all the rules and regulations to ensure every detail of your Animal Health Certificate is correct.

Claire started Pet Travel Pass in May 2022 after making Animal Health Certificates for busy vet practices in Nottinghamshire. She noticed the high price pet owners were being charged for the Animal Health Certificates she was making and decided to cut out the middle man by supplying AHCs direct to pet owners through a low over-head, mobile service. Since then, she has helped thousands of pets from all over the UK with their travel needs. Pet Travel Pass has developed a reputation for stress free, low cost Animal Health Certificates combined with friendly service.

Claire is authorised by the UK government to issue all forms of pet export certification. You can check the UK government list of companies permitted to certify export certification here As an independent Official Veterinarian with additional OV66 authorisation from APHA, Claire is also able to complete OV66 paperwork for pets travelling to Australia.

As well as being an Official Veterinarian, Claire is also an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine. Her RCVS registration number is 6538441

Sharon Evans

Sharon is our Certification Assistant and has over 20 years experience in veterinary practice. Sharon has worked alongside Claire for 6 years so she is very experienced regarding pet travel requirements and certification. She also has a degree in travel and tourism, making her the perfect person to help with your pet's travel needs!

Sharon is the first point of contact for Pet Travel Pass, answering emails and helping customers over the phone. You will also meet Sharon when you collect your Pet Travel Pass Animal Health Certificate; she is a font of knowledge about Animal Health Certificates and can answer any pet travel questions you have.

Sharon lives with her son Jack and Bryn the Chihuahua and originates from Swansea; don't be confused by the accent, we are based in Nottingham!
