We will only collect data that we need to perform the services you have requested, take payment or contact you regarding your certificate such as names and contact details; these are required for the completion of your Animal Health Certificate. From time to time we may also use your contact details to provide you with information about new services or special offers offered by Pet Travel Pass.
We comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) 2018 and will take reasonable precautions to ensure that your data is kept securely, used appropriately and is not shared with third parties except as required for the purposes outlined above. You are entitled to be provided with details of the data that we hold about you upon request.

Use of Media

We may take photographs and videos during your Animal Health Certificate collection. The use of this material is solely for promoting and publicising Pet Travel Pass activities through social media, our website and for advertising. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to Pet Travel Pass using such photography and video footage in this way. We will always inform you during the consultation when we plan to take photographs or videos. If you do not want your pet or yourself to be photographed or filmed then you must inform us on arrival at pet travel certificate collection
