Our friendly team is on hand to answer any pet travel queries you may have. Once your Animal Health Certificate is ready, we'll meet up to issue your AHC near either junction 26 or 27 of the M1. We go through every page of the AHC and explain what to do when you return to the UK, as well as giving helpful pet travel tips.

Please note, we are a low overhead "click & collect" certification service; we do not have a clinic or shop. As a guide, our collection times and locations are typically:

Monday evenings 18:30-20:00 (NG15 0EA)
Thursday mornings 10:00-12:00 (NG16 2RP)
Thursday evenings 18:30-20:00 (NG15 0EA)
Every other Saturday morning 10:00-12:00 (NG15 0EA)
