Animal Health Certificate Collection Times
AHC collection appointments by arrangement:
Please note, we are a low overhead "click & collect" certification service; we do not have a clinic or shop. Once we have confirmed your booking, we will contact you to arrange a collection time. As a guide, our collection times and locations are typically:
- Monday evenings 18:30-20:00 (NG15 0EA)
- Thursday mornings 10:00-12:00 (NG16 2RP)
- Every other Saturday 10:00-12:00 (NG15 0EA)
We have increased availability during peak seasons (summer and Christmas). Please contact us for more details.

We are practicing veterinary professionals so contact by email is preferred; we cannot make phone calls while we are consulting or operating and we do not take bookings over the phone.
