You will receive an automated email with a copy of your application. Please check your application carefully; if you notice any errors, please respond to the automated email as soon as possible. If you haven't received a copy of you application,  please check your junk folder alternatively you may entered your email address incorrectly on the application form, in which case please email hello@pettravelpass.uk

 Once we have verified your documents, we will contact you within 3 working days either by phone or email to book an AHC collection appointment for you and your pet.  If you have any questions in the meantime, please email hello@pettravelpass.uk
